Problems with Glocell

<p>I need some help. I had a contract with Autopage wich then moved to Glocell. From the 28th of April I have NO SERVICE on my cellphone. I have phoned Glocell 10 times already,no one can assist me or give me an answer. The said I must do a swim swop for which I must pay R130 (even if this is not my fault,I didnt ask to be moved to Glocell). I did 2 sim swops already and still I have NO SERVICE!!! I have also phoned Cell C and they said they wont be able to assist me because I have a contract with Glocell. If I want to cancel my contract I have to buy it out(I dont have a handset attached to the contract) so now Im stuck with NO SERVICE for the next 21 months because no one is able to assist me. My husband also having exactly the same problem on his phone and he is also Autopage/Cell C customer.</p>
