Possibly the worst call centre & company in the country

Good day,

My name is Vimal Singh. After a harrowing experience of getting my contract completed and device delivered, which took a total of 3/4 weeks with countless fruitless calls to and from Glocell, I eventually have my device and SIM card (It is an LTE router with a data package and free cruise).

Now we embark on the next mission of getting the SIM activated. I recieved my device on the 5th May (Last week Thursday). I phoned in to activate it and they said it would happen automatically in 5 to 7 hours. I called again on Sa****ay since nothing happend. A lday took my SIM serial number, PUK number and IMEI number of the device and said it would take 24 hours to activate. I subsequently called on Monday, and today 12th May, 1 week later, but still no progress. Every time I call they transfer me back and forth even after asking what option to choose to activate my SIM, which frustrates the hell out of me!

1. Train your staff properly about your own call centre options.

2. how many more weeks/months till my SIM gets activated?

A colleague recieved his device after me and got his SIM activated before me. What in the world are you guys doing? Don't you have a queue system?

I'm severly doubting this company. Can you do anything without me writing here on Hello peter?
