Poor Sevice - Glocell

<p>Good day.</p> <p>I am really unsatisfied about the absolutely poor service from Glocell. I have placed an order for a new cellphone contract because I was due for an upgrade. Firstly a lady helped me but she totally gave me the wrong facts about the pakkage I was looking at and then the excuse was, she's new.</p> <p>More than I week later I have not heard anything yet about the order I have placed. I have tried several times to call them but am holding for like 6 to 10 minuntes without any success of getting to talk to someone. When you eventually get through to someone, they tell you that you are with the wrong department.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very, very poor service Glocell!!!</p>
