Poor service / no service

<p>My contract was changed from Autopage to Glocell. I was never given a choice if I rather would like to change to another cell phone provider. I requested Glocell on the 12th of October to advise me when will the my contract expire as well as the two others that I have with them. On the 17th I send them another email. Up to dated I have no response. I need that info and is sure that it can not take forever to advise a person of that.</p> <p> I really think their service is pathetic. </p> <p>There is no store /outlet in where I live. </p>
