POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

<p>I was a Autopage client that was taken over by GloCell. I requested Glocell to provide me with a proof of purchase of my initial contract (less than a year back). For the past 2 months I have been communicating with then and still no document. I made countless calls (at my expense because you hold on forever on their call centre), emails. They send me the same document that indicates nothing and is utter nonsense- do you not check documents before you send it. They promise to call back but nothing happens. You are a pathetic company with no service delivery. This can not be so difficult. If you have my details and know when my contract was initiated why cant you give me proof.</p> <p>If you value me as client please contact me at *** and mail me the proof of purchase (the correct document - check that it has my details on it) on ***.
