Poor service
<p>Tried to upgrade since November 2016. Very difficult to get hold of anyone. Numerous emails send. Spoke to someone about 3 weeks ago and was promised that all documents will be emailed with a personal email address. Still no email. Phone today to terminate contract. Still on the phone and the email arrived with the documents to cancel the contract. Is this the way bussiness is going. Not even trying to retain a client. Pathetic.</p>
