Poor service

<p>Eversins my contract was taken over by Glocell from Autopage, it is a disaster. from 17/05/16 I did mail the CEO of Glocell regarding the confusion and my upgrade phone that was suppose to be delivered to me from March this year. till then I did not receive any outcome or phonecall from Glocell. Yesteday I had to drove from Mpumalanga to Gauteng to get my three contracts cancelled at a Glocell store in the Greenstone Mall as the ********** number is always busy. The assistant Rudolf was not really friendly nor helpful. I never request my contracts to be incorparated with Glocell, why force us? I will take this matter further to the NCC. From my own investigation on social media it is clear I am not the only one with the same frustrations.</p>
