Poor service
<p>I took up Glocell on its offer of 5GB data plus 15GB night data on a CellC contract at the of March 2016. I received the ****le at the end of May 2016 after numerous calls and emails as well as personally going in to the store where I app****. I got an SMS apologising for the delay on 11 April which stated I would receive a R100 MSC cruise voucher for free. To date I am still waiting for my cruise information/SMS and cruise voucher. It seems that unless one constantly follows up with Glocell nothing happens. I have been informaed that the issue has been escalated and I would receive an SMS but once again nothing has been sent. The deadline for accepting the cruise offer is soon and I am very unimpressed with service to date.</p>
At last I have received the cruise SMS. I am still not impressed by the poor communication with customers and slow service. I will be properly impressed once I am on the cruise ship. Thank you in advance Glocell, I hope this all works out as promised and when promised
