Poor poor poor poor poor poor poor poor!!!!

<p>I won't even go into detail regarding these *********** people. Just to say that don't trust them!! They easy to coerce you into purchasing a contract for an MSC cruise but poor to actually arrange it for you! I constantly had to contact them, not once did they contact me out of their own. They use words like "don't worry" and "escalate" and "be in touch" to give you false hope, only to disappoint you down the line. Wow, I just cannot believe these guys exist and they will continue to exist by praying on poor unsuspecting individuals. What a shame! Anyway they have given me vouchers now for a cruise next year and I'll be amazed if this works! Problem is family and friends are on the cruise we requested last year already, so we're stranded. Thanks a lot Glocell, awesome, amazing, wonderful. Awful first time experience and can safely say never again!!</p>
