poor customer sevice

<p>been battling for 48 hours to get sim swop after phone ******, still not working</p> <p>no shop in port elizabeth, everytime you phone it takes at least 15 minutes before someone helps, consultants have different advise and having to buy sims twice, one says rica other says non rica, they want un rica'ed sim and difficult to get as no-one wants to sell you un rica'ed sim, have sent emails no response, worst customer service I have experienced and still without phone</p>
