Poor Customer Service

<p>My cell phone contract (Cell No. ***) was with Altech Autopage. Altech Autopage closed down and our accounts / contract got transferred to Glo-Cell. My contract was due to terminate at the end of April 2015. On 24th March 2015 I filled in the necessary forms to terminate my contract, but migrate my number to pre-paid.</p> <p>The first week of April my phone was disconnected. I called customer services and they said that close to about 800 subscribers got disconnected due to some technical error.</p> <p>I was assured that within 24 hours my phone will be re-instated. (spoke to Dameon). Nothing happened. I sent an e-mail to customer services and they said they are in receipt of my e-mail. I called them almost twice a week but as usual they assured me that within 24 hours my phone will be re-instated. It’s gone 2 months now and my phone is not yet re-instated.</p> <p> </p> <p>It can’t be taking that long to solve 1 problem. Every consultant I spoke to tells me the same thing, but nobody keeps to their promises.</p> <p> </p> <p>The critical part of this is that at work I am on standby and I get called out at different times in the night. I need this number to be functioning.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really receiving very, very poor service from Glo-Cell.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Very, very frustrated</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>V.
