Poor Customer Service

I am very disappointing with the non-existence and poor service shown by Glocell. We are having poor quality calls and dropped calls to cellphone all the time, I have logged a call with Glocell and attempted to get in touch with a consultant or someone to help. When I managed to get someone on the line they promised to return to me with feedback a week ago but never did. I am very unhappy that we a contract with Glocell and billed monthly for no service at all. We are a business and this nature of poor voice calls affects our image. I am very unhappy with GloCell, even when you call you stay on the line for an hour with a voice that keeps telling you that they are having a high volume of calls but nobody ever picks up.
