Poor Client Consideration

<p>I am glocell client who is behind on his payments and had made arrangements with their customer support department this morning ! I was being open and honest with Glocell saying that I know my account is in arrears and my intention is to sort this out. Only to be dsiconnected and feel disregarded by their customer support department I am not a ***** !</p> <p> </p> <p>Later today my line has been blocked without any notification. Due to this I had missed a very important meeting due to the fact that I could not receive emails !</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called them numerous times wating for 11 minutes on hold and finally when its my turn in the "line" to be attended to it goes straight to a voice messaging system.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted with glocell !!! They dont value their clients and make you feel like a *****. Dear Glocell I am not going to run away with your money! I have been making a payment every month !!</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone at Glocell please advise on how I can get my line reconnected !!!! Today !!!</p> <p> </p>
