Contacted by agents on Friday 25 November 2018 with a Black Friday deal. The product offer and what I agreed to was the pinnacle the pinnacle unlimited unlimited calls sms and 10 gig data a month. I should be billed 999 rands a month. Now I am billed 1800. Tjis is not what i signed up for
