Pathetic service - Glocell - TLC Marketing

<p>i was promised a freee cruise when i took out my contract with Glocell , i filled out all the necessary paperwork and sent it off to Tlc marketing and was given 372547 as a unique reference number in December , since then till now i cannot get hold of anyone at TLC marketing on the number provided on all their documentation . If i knew that Glocell and TLC marketing was going to give me the run around about the cruise i would have never taken out a contract with Glocell , can someone from either Glocell or TLC marketing please contact me if regards to my cruise </p>
