Pathetic service delivery from Cellc direct.

Disgusted by the service received from Cellc direct, after being a client for more than 8 years! I recently did my upgrade , early upgrade over the phone the 7th of june 2020 and i am still waiting for my phone to ve delivered. After contacting them everyday day to ask them when i will receive it..no effort has been made from their side. I contacted the courier company RTT Who is equally as useless...i spoke to the manager who promised me my phone will be delivered...i am still waiting! When i check online it says the package isin transit but when i check again after 5pm it shows forced back to floor. Pathetic service really.
