Pathetic Service and undelievered promises!!!!!

<p>The service i have received since i have taken out a contract with Glocell has been pathetic. I had taken out a contract where i was promised a cruise to the value of R8000. Up until this present moment i have still not received anything. I have received emails from TLC and TSHEKO SEREME to fill in numerous forms , i have completed this immediately and timeously and forwarded to the relevant parties. I still have gotten no joy. When you call the number they provided you are on hold for about 45 mins and still you dont get any help.</p> <p>I have sent through my booking forms and my customer booking form together with my friends yet they have received cobfirmation of their cruise and i have not.</p> <p> </p> <p>My unique code is 392379.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am utterly disgusted with the level of service that Glocell has provided.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
