Pathetic service

<p>I have called glocell to teminate my contract and selected the support option the call was not picked up and was dropped. I called back and selected the upgrade option and the call was picked up and I spoke to a lady and she said that she will email me a termination letter and I need to fill it out and send it back. She had asked me to hold while here system loads and I did so for a long while only for the call to drop. I have not recieved the email and am dissatified with the pathetic service and the line was terrible. </p>
