<p>Good morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took out a contract for the msc cruise campaign. </p> <p>Registerd and everything. Now come time to book. You cant get a hold of the line. Its constantly engaged. They dont reply to your emails nothing. I seriously need assitence or i will take this further</p>

I did recieve the booking form, and recieved an email back to say they will get back to me with in 10 days with the confirmation, this was on the 03 November it is now the 15th and still no confirmation. Please can some assit me with this matter

This is now completly un acceptable,I get a email saying I cant go on the cruise. However I took the contract for the cruise. I demand to know whats going on or I will contact my lawyer regaurding this matter. I dont want a weekend away I want a cruise.
