Pathetic Service

<p>I've been trying to contact glocell for several days and each time I call, I hold on more than then minutes. Eventually when I do get thru, I get cut off. This is worse than calling a provincial hospital. </p> <p>Does anybody work at glocell or is this a hoax company ?</p> <p>I just received my October bill and have noticed than I am being charged for international sms. I did not make any calls or sms's internationally, so what is this I am being charged for. Further to this I being charged for calling 0860 numbers which is within my range amount that I am allocated for the month.</p> <p>Please could some look into this and investigate what is going on as I am totally frustrated and disappointed at the lack of service from glocell.</p> <p> </p> <p>P.Balgobind</p>
