Pathetic service

<p>I need a sim swop to be done on my mums phone whic is on my name. Cannot get through the call centre. Have emailed and then went onto their FB page to complain. A call reference number was given to me on Wednesday 5 October. Called through today at exactly 8.00 and agent asked me to hold on and then dropped the call! Cannot wait to cance this contract! Totally useless. I keep calling thorugh and after 5 mnutes my calls get dropped!</p>
