PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>Since i live 3 hours away from the nearest Glocell Store ,i Have to use their website or the customer care service telephonically.i Tried e-mailing them from their website asking them to send me a "Termination of contract''form,THAT WAS 3 DAYS AGO....NO RESPONSE..NO FORM HAS BEEN MAILED TO ME.Last night i dailed their customer care number " ********** '' and i spoke to a consultant to assist me with this matter,i Gave him my E-mail adress to send me the ''Termination of contract'' form to me(i made sure he took down my e-mail correctly since i spelled it out to him twice over the phone & asked him to read it back to me)....NO RESPONSE..NO FORM HAS BEEN MAILED TO ME.So Now i ask again,i WANT TO CANCEL MY CELL CONTRACT WITH YOU GUYS AND SINCE I"M TOO FAR AWAY FROM ONE OF YOUR STORES COULD YOU PLEASE SENC ME A ''TERMINATION OF CONTRACT'' FORM PLEASE?.You can send it to this e-mail ********** YOU</p>
