Pathetic company useless customer service

<p>I waited 20min after speaking to a rude Paulina who put me on hold while I was still speaking to her. I had called a week ago and she said she was going to email me cancellation forms I still have not received cancellation forms. My phone now has no function I can't make calls or receive calls or messages. I called back and spoke to talk we and she put me on hold after asking to speak to her manager and I waited for another half hour and nothing happens the call was dropped. THIS IS PATHETIC THE COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN GLOCELL IS A PATHETIC. I AM GOING TO CONSUMER PROTECTION WITH THIS.</p>
