Overcharged!

<p>This is being logged for my wife, as she has wasted hours waiting for you to answer her call, an demails but to no avail.</p> <p>In essence:</p> <p>She signed her contract with Nashua Mobile and it was : R450 per month for straight up 200, 1gb data and the LG g3 cellphone.</p> <p> </p> <p>when they moved her to autopage her bill went up to Autopage: +/- R550 p.m.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now they moved her again to Glocell, and at Glocell: a lot more than R550 p.m. as she am being charged for data even though I have a 1gb free data deal with Nashua when she signed the contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a long email with attachments detailing everything with copies of nashuan and autopage and glocell invoices as proof.</p> <p> </p> <p>please attend to this ASAP!</p>
