not loading data

<p>good day</p> <p> </p> <p>i have phoned yesterday regarding an issue of cancellation of contract. A lady by the name of Monique Johannes helped me and said -</p> <p>Hi Jean,</p> <p> </p> <p>The forms has been escalated to the cancellations department to cancel your contract when it's due.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now i have also asked for a data bundle to be added and i am still waiting for it. This is getting rediculous. What do they understand by customer service. Seems like they don't know what it is.</p>
