not answering or giving feedback

<p>good day</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been struggling to get through to customer support for last few days now. If you call and press option 2 it never goes to a callcentre agent. I mailed my cancellation of contract last week on the 15th November and no mail or call to say they have gotten it back. This is worst than even Nashua on it's time. i need someone to call me back and tell me if they have received the form and it will be cancelled on the 16th of December.</p>
