No service

I am unable to make calls because my cell has been suspended according to the voice machine and i have to call the service provider. Unfortunately no one is picking up my calls. Thier I am not a Robot thing is making it impossible to send the complaint. i am cancelling my contract as soon as someone picks up. This is not acceptable
