no resolution on issue

<p>I have a Glocell prepaid number (Cell C) and cannot send and receive sms's. Everytime I call the call centre Im just pushed from pillar to post. Im told that the issue has been resolved but it hasnt. Then im told to call cell c directly but cell c cannot assist as the number is with glocell</p>
