NO PHONE & NO ANSWERS FROM CALL CENTRE

<p>Hi, my hubby has been trying to get hold of someone to assist wth a phone tht whent in for repairs well over 6 weeks ago, eventually gets thru to the call centre and no one knows where his phone is, spk to a 2nd consultant and she instructs him to call the courier company responsible for his delivery, now wht has the delivery company gt to do wth us when we are customers of GLOCELL, eventually another consultant comes to the phone and keeps us on hold for almost 45mins. I would like to know wht is the delay in me receiving an answer for a contract & phone im paying for. This is totally unexceptable & the consultants are rude & unhelpful.</p>
