no network...

<p>Monday just past 18:00 I realised that my phone is not working no network, left it as I was still at work. After a while I wanted to send a text but no network restarted my phone nothing emergency only no data no signal no nothing. Next day tried phoning customer support.... 2 hours no answer email system on website does not work so what must I do now.... luckily I noticed on the website that they have a store so I phoned them must they she was very helpful but still no signal ..</p> <p>What is the issue </p>
