No Msc cruise as promised

<p>My question is if there was no cruise from the start how can TLC allow us to waste so much money on emailing and keep calling them , its disspointing from Glocell very quick to bill us incorrect but lie and then yourl edit yours terms n conditions to cover yourl back ... disgraceful and this should be against the consumer protection act we as customers have been mislead and taken out contracts on the promise of getting a MSC Cruise.and now gave us resorts which i can be positive that will come back no booking available as well</p>
