No Feedback, No Client Service

<p>My father has been struggling to get hold of someone at Glocell for more than a week now. Every month he has to try and call Glocell to find out what is billing amount is because he doesn't get his invoice in the post or email.</p> <p>Every month he is wasting lots of airtime just to try and get hold of someone at Glocell with no luck.</p> <p>Yesterday morning I complained on their Facebook page and I also messaged them. I then got a Reference Number and was told that they will call him to sort out this problem.<br />It's a day later and still nobody called him.<br /><br /></p>
