<p>Still no feedback from anybody about this... glocell is very fast to block lines when they need there money but can't offer good customer service... No point in taking out contracts with them you... They won't bill you for months, they block your line like it's our problem even though you had your numbers long before you ported it with them... for the last 6 months I did not get any of my benefits but they expecting me to pay for the airtime... THAT I DID NOT EVEN GET DUE TO IT BEING BLOCKED....you'll must be some kind of stupid.... your customer care number does not even work it goes straight to an ivr saying we need to call cellc... we then call cellc they tell us they cannot assist us because it's with glocell !!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>So please can somebody assist us... you guys are absolutely pathetic... never saw the most money centered company before... </p>
