NO customer service

<p>After logging a billing query over a month ago and getting a reference number and a commitment to a call back within 48 hours nothing.... A month later I am again over billed. Tried 5 times to contact the ********** number only to have the call dropped everytime I got to number 2 in the que.</p> <p>Reference number ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>I am very pleased my contract has expired and I will not be reniewing with Glocell or CellC.</p>
