No communication MSC cruise

<p>After posting a complaint on Hello peter, i received an email from Shavaughn Nankervis that they are in receipt of my details and will send through a booking form that evening to complete. This was dated 08/11/2016. It is nearly 3 weeks later and I have not received a booking form or any type of communication from Glocell. Bookings will be closed by end November. I wish that Glocell adopts a more professional, informative and conducive report with us clients. Pathetic!</p>
