Needed a Business Contract

<p>Hi</p> <p>I am hoping that by me doing this I will get some clarity on my contract application.</p> <p>On Tuesday last week I went in to Glocell, Ballito and app**** for an Iphone 7 contract which included 750 free minutes with per second calling. The manageress requested documents, which I obtained in an hour and she said that they would process the application and let me know how it goes.</p> <p>Today is a week and 3 days later and still no response. Once when I called the shop I managed to speak to the manageress as she answered the phone. Other than that I have left urgent messages for her and no response. When I call back they tell me that the manageress is still awaiting a response from head office.</p> <p>On Tuesday I called the customer call centre and the lady said that she would call Saras quickly, investigate and call me back. I am still waiting.</p> <p>The other branches say that it should take a maximum of 2 days to approve a business contract. Saras says that because it is a business contract it takes this amount of time. If there is a delay or backlog, have the courtesy to inform the client.</p> <p><br />Please could someone assist. </p>
