My bank account is the host to two parasites being GloCell and Autopage's monthly debit picking!!!!

At current i am in a 3 month struggle, initially with Autopage now Both Autopage and GloCell.

My contract was with Autopage which was then taken over by GloCell. At the renewal stage of both my contract lines with Autopage, i received a sales call to upgrade. I did accept and upgrade to my 2 lines. Two days later i.e. before even receiving my handsets i called in and cancelled. This was 4th March. To my advantage i also emailed my intention to cancel and requested a form consent.

Not surprisingly the agent only cancelled one line, while retained the other on contract regardless of both my telephonic authorization and email concent. At this stage i wanted both lines ported to Cell C.

Only one line was ported. This was now the time of GloCell taking over the accounts of Autopage. At the end of April i was debited R300 although GloCell was handling my account by then, 31 May i was again debited R300 by Autopage.

Further at end April i was also debited R4000+ by GloCell. This dilemma was said to be resloved by the finance divison, however im still awaiting. I had made serveral calls and had to personally go into the GloCell offices, a total inconvenience to me.

This has been the most painstaking experience ever and an ordeal i wish never transpired. I do not cater for undisclosed or unplanned debits. Now even after GloCell acknowledged the wrongfull act of debiting me, i still await rectification, What constitutes a reasonable waiting time im yet to find out.

Glocell has taken over the account of Autopage, that is the good and bad, so passing the buck does not suffices as explaination enough. As a customer i should not bear the brunt of miscommunication or lack of transparency Between Autopage and GloCellC.

I demand finalization.
