MSC promise

<p>I took a contract with Glocell with a guarantee that i am eligible for MSC cruise, in which I forwared my unique code and details immediately thereafter. At the beginning of November i tried to contact TLC for booking, which was difficult to reach. few days later i managed to speak to someone who verified that indeed my name appear on the list. He promised to send me booking form and terms and conditions, but never did. few days later i sent an email and the following day a form and terms were sent to my email. Having sent the forma back i was latter told that the cruise is no longer availlable as it is fully booked, and given an option for a getaway.</p> <p>I also spoke to a lady by the name of Lucky who forwarded my call to a certain (Yvonne). Although she promised to come back to me the same day with an answer, she never did, and she is mostly not in her office for response.</p> <p>I really feel cheated due to false marketing by Glocell. </p> <p>Michael ********** 090</p>
