Msc frustration
<p>I took a promotional deal with Glocell where you get a free cruise but it seems like impossible to book the cruise. You cannot get through on the phone line with TLC . The phone just rings and rings with the automated voice machine' The call is important to us. Please note all our agents are currently busy. Please wait for the next available agent.' You continue to wait and wait for several minutes and the phone line just cuts you off. I wonder if this was a marketing **** by Glocell. Please can Glocell look into this matter as its frustrating.</p>
