MSC Crusie: Empty promises, no responses, invalid contact details etc etc etc..
<p>I was told via email to contact Glocell in November to make a booking for the MSC Cruise, which was a part of my contract. I was also told that bookings had to be done before the end of November. I contacted the number provided, ********** , but the line kept dropping. I tried emailing the address they provided, ********** but got no response. Eventually, a colleague of mine who was also experiencing the same problem got an email address of Shevaughn Nankervis who eventually assisted us in obtaining the Booking Forms. As requested, The booking forms were completed and emailed to ********** on the 11 November 2016. It's 17 days later and I haven't heard anything from Glocell.</p> <p>The reason I took out the contract with Glocell was for the MSC Cruise. Looks like we have been ****med. False advertising. This needs to be taken further. SA Consumer Complaints here I come.</p>

As expected, another dead end. 2 days later and still no response from Glocell. Today is the cut off date that Glocell has given us to make our bookings and yet we have been trying the whole month to do so with no joy/service from Glocell. Either Glocell is incredibly useless and unorganised or they are intentionally giving us the run-around.
