MSC cruise with GloCell a hoax

<p>Hi. I took out a GloCell contract with the promise of a cruise. I sent through all the relevant documents and received a unique code. There after waited till the cruise was open for booking. Sent through the documents stating where and which cruise for what dates. Tlc marketing then sends me a email confirming the booking form stating that I will receive feedback. To date nothing. I called numerous times tlc spoke to the tsheko serame. He (tlc) then tells me GloCell has taken over the campaign. After which I called GloCell and get disconnected numerous times. Finally a kind gentleman Rafael boatman who takes my call and surprisingly returns my calls and emails. I sent him all the correspondence with GloCell and tsheko at tlc. Thereafter he tells me I'm not on the list. I have the unique code. The congratulations letter, the email confirming receipt of booking. Now this. I called Shila the lady that handles the MSC query, however she is on leave. I think this was a tactic to delay the booking. Is there any information that I can go to the consumer protection service or to the marketing advertising ombudsman. My mum, my family and brothers family all have taken out contracts. Certain members and friends have received their cruises and all was done together.</p> <p> I. E. Document email and sent the same day. </p>
