MSC Cruise!!!! Still waiting for a confirmation after my post on the 8 December 2016...
<p>I posted a review on the 8th December 2016 about not being able to get hold of Glocell and not getting any response about my cruise booking. I received a response on my complaint that read:</p> <p> </p> <p>"Official business reply:<br />Dear Mr van der Bergh,</p> <p>Thank you for taking the time to contact the GloCell Team. We do apologise for the delay in your confirmation as well as for all the inconvenience and frustration caused. </p> <p>Please rest assured that we have followed up with TLC on your confirmation.</p> <p>Warm Regards</p> <p>The GloCell Cruie Team"</p> <p> </p> <p>Well up until today, I haven't received any further communication from Glocell. This is really pathetic!!!!</p>
