MSC Cruise - Still no communication recieved

<p>Glocell!</p> <p>This is utterly unacceptable!</p> <p>Seems like the wording "rest assured" means nothing to you. How can one rest and be assured to recieve anything from you, when you cannot commit to your word. This company is useless and deserves to be closed!</p> <p>On 15 November I was informed via email that i will be "REST ASSURED" to recieved booking forms the following day (16 November 2016), i have made a follow up 2 days later (18 November 2016) and to date i have not heard from you. I placed a complaint on this website and was asked to send my information again to you? Why should i resubmit this to you if it was given to you in the first place and was told to he "rest assured" that i will recieve my booking forms. 10 days later and i am yet to recieve any contact from you regarding my booking for the MSC Cruise.</p> <p>It is almost the end of November which i need to have my booking confirmed and due to your lack of communication and disgusting customer service i will be held responsible for not booking within the allocated time provided, when you are the one who has held up the process!</p> <p>Will you contact me directly as i will no longer be calling you to try get any information regarding my booking.</p> <p>Guess you are all about making money as the longer i am on hold the more my phone bill increases and i would have to end up paying a huge billed to you for the usage!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the worse company i have ever dealt with! </p> <p>I await your correspondence and i hope i will not be "rest assured" that this will be resolved at soonest.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not leave this as it is and will take further action should i not recieve my cruise as advertised!</p> <p>by the way...thanks for all the false hopes and advertising too!</p>
