Msc Cruise Promo Disaster

<p>Hi </p> <p>I am a client of glocell, they phoned me for the upgrade to qualify for the promo (MSC CRUISE) very excited I agreed to upgrade as i wanted to cancel the contract. from the day i upgraded til today i have been struggeling to get any help from glocell. I phoned to tell all the agents i spoke to over the past months I have not receive the sms to get the details to this cruise but everytime all the agents says Mam the sms will be send today and still nothing I am very unhappy with this, i have send emails and still no reply i have phoned and still nothing have been done to this matter... I upgraded for the cruise not for the contract I do not even use the simcard... will someone ever help me?????</p>
