MSC Cruise!!!!
<p>I took out a glocell contract to receive the free cruise. I sent thru the application on the 20th November and received a response that it will take 10 days to process the booking. I haven't received any further communication to this regard and I have been trying for a week to get through to the call centre. Everytime I hold for 15 mins to get through to an operator, then the call automatically gets cut.</p>
