MORTIFIED CUSTOMER

Glocell is the worst company I have dealt with in my life. Other then the fact that they are charging me for a sim swap that I have not requested, they do no even have the decency to respond to a query. You can call them 100 times a day but they just pass you from pillar to post and then the call cuts and you have to start from scratch.

I made a payment and even the managers dont care to respond to an email or a phone call.

I HAVE HAD IT WITH GLOCELL!
