month to month contract

hi I was on 24 months contract and now went on month to month,I email Priya and she wrote up to me on the 12 May which I responded to her on 13 May. when it came end of May ,my service were disconnected. I tried calling them,waiting in queue for 15-20mins ,when I was no.1 transfer to operator or leave message. called the 011 no.ring and they disconnect you, who can you speak to about your query. regards raj
