Money ******

<p>Friday the 30th of June, quite a large sum of money was taken out of my account, even though my contract with Glocell has been terminated sinch January 2017 already.</p> <p> </p> <p>Phoned in Saturday, after finally speaking to someone this person told me to send an email, with a copy of the termination form as well as a bank statement, to ********** Surprise, surprise that email address does not work. Gave them a call again just after 2 on Saturday, phone just rang so I guess they closed. Called them Monday again, after numerous tries to actually speak to someone ( I just get told to hold the line and then the call gets cut off ) I finally found someone that told me that I should send and email through to ********** <p> </p> <p>It has now been 2 days since that email was sent, have not a heard a squeek from them. If this *****/money *****ing is not sorted out and the money refunded back to me I will be forced to take further action against the company.</p>
