Misleading agents

<p>I took out an MSC contract over a few months ago and i did not receive the sms for the cruise, i was in contact with Sharm Chettiar for over 2 months and he keeps saying they are discussing and he will let me know, 2 months later and still no feedback, he doesnt respond to my emails nor does he contact me, yet i am paying this contract monthly, GLOCELL SUCKS from day 1!!!! i am going to put a stop payment on my account as this is not what i signed up for and this is a breach in contract, furthermore i will take this to the complaints board and also the telecommunications board!!!! this goes against the National Consumer Act</p>
