Lying pathetic employees - BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to get my phone that I upgraded to, since the 10th of December 2017. I have been given a different story every time and "Charmaine" in upgrades has **** to me twice. This company is a lying bunch of people. The key account manager in customer service can't even help. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who will help...............nobody. I dare them
